Ben Widlanski
Ben Widlanski is a partner at KTT who focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation, class actions, and Ponzi scheme and financial fraud recoveries. Prior to his time at KTT, Ben was an assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida, where he litigated, prosecuted, and investigated hundreds of federal criminal actions. Ben is also a former United States Army officer, and a graduate of Columbia University and Columbia Law School.

Dwayne Robinson
Dwayne is a trial-tested lawyer who has represented clients in dozens of appeals in federal and state court, including at oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal. He has represented clients who have matters simultaneously pending in trial court and appellate court in the same or related cases, assisting them with advancing their litigation goals on multiple fronts.

Tal Lifshitz
Tal concentrates on complex litigation while specializing in class actions, financial fraud, and Ponzi schemes. Prior to joining the firm he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth A. Marra, and currently serves as a Director of the Board for the South Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.

Robert Neary
Robert focuses on complex litigation including class actions on behalf of investors or consumers. Robert, along with other colleagues, successfully litigated over twenty class action cases against major banks and insurance companies regarding their lender-placed insurance practices that led to hundreds of millions of dollars of class relief being made available to homeowners across the country. Robert also has experience representing investors in FINRA arbitration matters against brokers. He currently serves on the Consumer Protection Committee with the Florida Bar.

Mindy Y, Kubs
Mindy concentrates on bankruptcy matters and related commercial litigation. Her practice has included the representation of commercial and consumer debtors in all aspects of the bankruptcy process and related litigation, including pre-bankruptcy workouts; local Chapter 7 trustees in the administration of debtor estates; and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Mindy also has considerable experience drafting appellate briefs for submission in both state and federal court, including the United States Supreme Court.

Latasha Gethers Hines
Latasha focuses ber practice on complex commercial litigation, healthcare and real estate disputes. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida where she is a member of the Student Hall of Fame. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997.

Rachel Sullivan
Rachel focuses her practice on investor fraud and consumer finance class action lawsuits, but also has extensive experience with commercial litigation matters arising from contractual disputes, common law fraud, securities fraud, violations of RICO, and corporate governance disputes. Most recently, Rachel was a member of the KTT team that litigated more than two dozen force-placed insurance class actions against major mortgage lenders to successful settlements, and she is currently representing investors in class action litigation involving two nationwide Ponzi schemes.
